Located in Hainan Bo’ao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, Hainan Bo’ao United Family Medical Center officially opened on May 30, 2018. The Vaccination Center administered the first HPV-9 vaccine in mainland China on May 30, 2018, and administered Hainan’s first Recombinant Shingles vaccine on Nov.14, 2020. The Vaccination Center is the government-designated institution for COVID-19 vaccination.

In strict accordance with the requirements of the Hainan Provincial Government, the Vaccination Center follows international standards of medical practice and ensures rigorous work processes, including detailed regulations on clinic appointments, patient education, doctors’ duties, nurses’ responsibilities, post-vaccination observation, adverse reaction treatment, and post-vaccination follow-up. Before vaccination, each customer goes through a comprehensive assessment by the doctor.

The Oncology Center has established long-term, active cooperation with Beijing United Family New Hope Oncology Center and the first-class cancer hospitals in the world(including but not limit to: Beijing Cancer Hospital, Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, etc). Taking the advantage of the Pilot Zone’s preferential policies, the Oncology Center gives full play to its multidisciplinary and distant diagnosis and treatment advantage. The Center can arrange online consultation with foreign experts based on the patient’s needs. Our distant consultation experts come from the top 5 medical institutions and cancer hospitals in the United States, including experts in internal medicine, surgery, radiology, pathology, etc. It also actively promotes the application and use of overseas special drugs for lung cancer, breast cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, and other cancers, benefiting cancer patients by synchronizing with cutting-edge international drugs and leading treatment plans.

Patients can be screened and evaluated at United Family facilities throughout China for MDT cancer assessment. Hainan Bo’ao United Family Medical Center can make special coordination and arrangements for specially imported medicines or treatments to meet patient’s needs . Local housing and travel arrangements can be arranged for patient coming from outside Hainan. Ongoing, follow-up care can be ensured at the nearest United Family facilities after the patient returns home.
